This hotel is a great value for money option for a beach vacation. It is located right on the beach at Surfers Paradise, which is a huge plus. The rooms have functional kitchens, allowing guests to save money on dining out. The staff is friendly and the service is top-notch. The hotel also offers basic amenities like a fan in the rooms and secure parking for guests. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious breakfast at View, which had stunning views of the mountains.
The only downside of this hotel was the slight noise from the neighboring rooms during the night. However, overall, everything was alright.

We had a corner ocean view room and the views of the sunsets and sunrises were fantastic. It was close to the shops of Surfers but far enough away to not be disturbed by the weekend nightlife crowds.
Room wasn't airconditioned. Wasn't really an issue this trip as we didn't get the ultra hot or humid days but might be a problem in the midst of summer.

The view of the ocean from this hotel was breathtaking, and the location was perfect - right on the esplanade and across from the beach. The amenities were excellent, and the staff was friendly and efficient. Parking was also included, which was a huge plus.
Hard to think of anything.

Excellent location 2 bedroom apartment was quite spacious and having 2 bathrooms was very convenient Very good view from 29th floor
Carpets were close to the end of their life and somewhat soiled Dining table and coffee table were covered in a thick transparent plastic. Quite ugly and unnecessary. Some minor maintenance had not been attended to for some time, to the point of neglect.

We found ourselves in a fantastic location, just across from the beach and close to everything including shops, and great restaurants. Our room offered a lovely coastal feel with stunning views of the ocean. We enjoyed swimming in both the indoor and outdoor pools, which were clean and well maintained. The sauna and spa area were modern and relaxing.
There was a new construction next door causing some noise.

The location.
There is no wifi even though we would like to subscribe. In addition, we were charged higher than the normal rate. Our 2-bedroom for three nights cost us a$598 where it could have been a$402. We will never book with Booked.net. Cheers

The 2 bedroom apartment we booked had the largest balcony of any place I have ever stayed and the view from the living room and balcony were just breathtaking. If you're travelling to Gold Coast, forget staying ta any of those luxury places which may or may not provide you the sea view. This sits right across the road on the beach and has the best views among all other hotels on the Esplanade as well. Drive down there and look around for another option if you can find any other place better than this and I bet you can't. We all so loved it that we are definitely gonna pick this place for our every trip t the coast in the future.

The apartment was spacious and clean, perfect for the whole family. We loved the fact that there was a washing machine and dryer to use during our stay. The location was great too, as it was easy for us to go sightseeing and enjoy the city's attractions.
The little steps all around the apartment were a bit of a hazard, especially with young children around. We had to be mindful and watch our step all the time.
